How much does a category B licence cost?

What is category BE?
Category BE is a category B towing vehicle coupled to a trailer or semi trailer with a maximum authorised mass of up to 3500 kg. It is added to a category B licence you already hold, once the trailer becomes heavier than category B allows, for example a boat trailer, a horse trailer or a plant trailer. It is what people usually mean by a trailer licence.
What is category C, and what can you drive with it?
Category C is a vehicle with a maximum authorised mass over 3500 kg that does not fall into category D1 or D. It also covers such a vehicle coupled to a trailer of up to 750 kg. If the trailer is heavier, you need category CE.
What can you drive with category CE?
Category CE is a category C towing vehicle coupled to a trailer with a maximum authorised mass over 750 kg. There is no upper limit on the trailer, so category CE covers a full size combination.
What is code 95?
Code 95 is an endorsement on the driving licence confirming the professional qualification. The purpose of the professional driver categories is to raise the qualification of professional drivers. Without code 95 you cannot work as a professional driver on category C or D.

Both figures are printed on the registration certificates of the trailer and the car.
